Najran Co. Ltd. has experience in activities of construction, installation, rehabilitation, testing & commissioning, operation and maintenance of Iraq power plants. Representative projects are:

• Logistic Stuffs and provision of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Works of Al-Hera Substations.
• 33/11 KVA in Najaf Province-Iraq.
• All surveys and civil works on site to Supply materials and putting up the pillars of Abu Dshir, Transformation Station-132 KVA.
• Electrical 33/11KV substation in Anbar governorate / contract W917BG-07-C-0063
• Two Electrical 33/11KV Substations in Mousel Province of Iskan Al-Muwateneen and Al-Majmo’a districts. Work included: civil construction, mechanical works, alignment, erection, installation of main substation generators equipment, fuel diesel, air cooling system, fire fighting systems, auxiliary units and fuel diesel tanks with other balance plant components.
• One Electrical 33/11KV Substation in Haditha, Al-Anbar Province. Work included: civil construction, mechanical works, alignment, erection, installation of main substation generators equipment, fuel diesel, air cooling system, fire fighting systems, auxiliary units and fuel diesel tanks with other components of balance of plant.
• Electrical 33/11KV substation in Haditha, Anbar governorate / contract W917BG-06-C-0192.
• Underground Feeders of Karama – Bab Ishtar, Mousel Province: Installation of 21 km – 33KV cables from Karama-Yarimjah substation to Bab-Ishtar substation line with laying of double 33KV feeder, ground communication photo cable & terminations.
• One Electrical 33/11KV Substation in Al-Anbar Province. Work included: civil, electrical works, construction, mechanical works, alignment, erection, installation of main substation generators equipment, Heavy fuel oil, air cooling, fire fighting systems, auxiliary units, fuel oil tanks with other components of balance of plant.
• Most of Najran Co. Ltd. engineering staff has previous knowledge and experience in working for and with Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MoE) in rebuilding and constructing new power plants after the 1st Gulf War in nineties.
• Najran Co. Ltd. has over the last ten years gained extensive experience in commissioning of numerous power substations throughout Iraq.
• Najran Co. Ltd. is one of the few Iraqi companies that currently own testing and commissioning instruments that have valid calibration certification.

Earth Works, Roads, Bridges, and Infrastructure Sector

Najran Co. Ltd. has completed several large and medium size potable water, storm and sanitary sewer projects. Najran Co. Ltd. was the civil subcontractor (foundations, pump station, siphon, industrial water building, etc.) to Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Municipalities, Habitat U.N, Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Interior, Washington Group International, Ministry of Agriculture, USAID, USACE, PCO and Parsons/Bechtel Joint Venture for construction of rebuilding sanitary and sewer networks, potable water networks, street overlays. Representative projects are:

• All surveys and civil works on site for the maintenance of Mohammed Al-Qasim Highway bridge instruct and pave approaches including recommended actions for rehabilitation with issuance of overall reports.
• All surveys and civil works on site to instruct and pave approaching highway bridge of Yarmouk Square including status & recommended actions for rehabilitation with issuance of designs and overall reports for Yarmouk Intersection Square in Ninawa Province.
• All surveys and civils on site to instruct and pave stage (2) of Kardiyah highway bridge including status & ecomm. actions for rehabilitation with issuance of auto-cad drawings and overall reports.
• Construction and Material Supplying for Haditha-Ramadi Highway Segment
• Erection of sanitary systems, potable water networks, main roads and walkways for 30 modular accommodation units in IZ.
• Clean water networks for 23 railway stations in Salah El-Dein and Ta’ameem provinces.
• Complete sewage system, water mains, asphalt roads, for Nasiryah advanced work facilities.
• Water systems, roads, paths and parking areas in Baghdad Academy.
• Erection of 11 sites for rural water treatment plants in Wasite and Qadisiyah provinces.
• Construction of Segment ( Hit-Haditha ) Highway under supervision of Committee of Roads & Bridges in 1970.
• Construction of Sewer networks, roads and subways under supervision of Ministry of Municipalities in 1990.
• Extension ductile pipes ( 250-1600 )mm for Kerkh water network project, Baghdad in 1980.
• Preliminary studies and designs for the Rasafa water network project, Baghdad in 1983.
• Segment ( Ramadi-Trebail ) Highway under supervision of Committee of Roads & Bridges in 1982.
• Construction of Habaniyah Road in length of 25 Km under supervision of Ministry of Oil in 1989.
• Supplying heavy construction materials for Dora Bridge, Baghdad in 1994.
• Construction numerous roads in Sulaymaniyah province under supervision of Habitat U.N in 2003.

Residential, Camps Building Works and Temporary Facilities Sector

• Najran Co. Ltd. has installed of 110 Complex Modular Accommodation Units associated with overall infrastructure facilities thru a Modern Residence Village in Ramadi Province, Iraq for the Ministry of Agriculture in Iraq.
• Najran Co. Ltd. has recently added to its core disciplines, the residential development sector, and completed a mixed residential development project in IZ, Baghdad. The project includes construction of 30 independent houses; each includes 4-6 rooms, potable water systems, wastewater systems, walkways, roads, main sewage system, plumbing, furnishing, guardhouses, check points, inner fences and outer perimeter fence.
• Najran Co. Ltd. has gained additional experience in construction and rehabilitation of 23 railway stations in Ta’ameem and Salh El-Dein provinces to accomplish numerous houses for residence railway staffs and in accordance with highly international standards.
• Accommodation caravans comprised complete living services have been supplied to Baghdad academy for foreign residence engineers.

Assessment & Survey

Najran Co. Ltd. has experienced engineers and support staff capable of performing site and engineering assessments, and supporting architectural and civil designs for the industrial, electrical and commercial markets in Iraq. Najran Co. Ltd. has utilized international standards and guidelines, and has cooperated with Iraq academia and testing laboratories in completing engineering assessment of many civil & electrical projects such as: power substations; feeders; networks; water pump stations; earthworks; canals, roads, irrigation & drainage networks. • Assessment of preliminary studies and designs for Rasaf Water Network Project, Baghdad.
• Assessment of 11 sites for rural water treatment plants in Wasite and Qadisiyah provinces, Iraq, all site survey preparation.
• Assessment of Advanced work facilities in Nasiriyah province, Iraq, all site survey preparation to construct 14 RC guard towers with 1324ml CBU perimeter fence.
• Assessment of Baghdad Academy, all survey of site and buildings including status and recommended actions for rehabilitations with issuance of CAD drawings and overall report to construct classroom buildings, instructor accommodation buildings, language instructor accommodation buildings, forensic laboratory buildings, main sewage network system, roads and pathways .

Installation, Testing & Commissioning

• All surveys and civil works on site to Supply materials and putting up the pillars of Abu Dshir, Transformation Station-132 KVA .
• Testing works to install 2 electrical 33/11KV, Iskan Al-Muwateneen & Al-Majmo’a substations in Mousel , under the supervision of Washington International, Inc.
• All testing and commissioning works to extend 21Km of double 33KV ground feeders associated with communication photo cables, from Bab-Ishtar district to Yarimjah district in Mousel, under the supervision of Washington International, Inc.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning works of one electrical substation 33/11KV, in Haditha, Anbar governorate, under supervision of Secure Global Engineering.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning works of one electrical substation 33/11KV, in Anbar governorate, under supervision of Gulf Region division District.

Communication

Najran Co. Ltd. has completed extension of 21Km of double underground communication optic cables among Karama – Yarimjah Al Sharqiyah – Bab Ishtar sectors in Mousel province, under the supervision of Ministry of Electricity ( MoE ).

Oil and Gas Sectors

• Construction of BP Headquarter in Rumailah, Basra-South of Iraq, Concrete Structure with over all services and high quality finishing for HQ Building (G+1F), Accomodation (G+F1) Buildings, Concrete Structure, Parking Building (G+F1), Bank, Terminal Building, Check Points, Driver Lounges Buildings, Power Plant, WTP, STO, Roads and Landscaping, Overall Built up area about 67,000 m2 , Concrete more than 70K m2.
• Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Power Supply System for Iraq Halfaya Oil Field Temporary Camp & CPF1.
• All earth works, roads, trenches, towers and fencing to accommodate Shell staffs for Majnoon oilfield development activity.
• Bunch of different activities of Earth Works, Buildings, Roads, and Fencing Works, Supply Plants for Solid Waste Dumping executed for Shell Iraq Petroleum Development B.V.of Majnoon Oil Field-Basra South of Iraqin detailed contracts of SIPD-702 / SIPD-703, SIPD-793, SIPD-760, SIPD-384, SIPD-498, and SIPD-637.
• Bunch of different activities of Earth Works, Buildings, Roads, and Fencing Works, Supply Plants for Solid Waste Dumping executed for CNOOC Iraq B.V Bazurkan Oil Field Missan Province- South of Iraq.
• Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Power Supply System for Iraq Halfaya Oil Field Temporary Camp & CPF1 / PetroChina Co. Ltd. Iraq Branch ( Halfaya )
